I am moving out and looking for someone to take my place as the 2nd roommate. This is a great opportunity for someone with horses and dogs.
5 pastures 13 acres automatic waterers, horse barn with stalls, tack room. Hitching rail outside, outdoor arena that is big enough to run barrels in full out. Home is very large and nice brick, 4 bedroom 2 bath. Huge living room that at the moment we have made 2 seperate sitting areas out of. Has pellet stove for cheaper heating if you don't want to run furnace. There is a second barn that is used as a dog barn. Has concrete floors, has seperate rooms and holes for the dogs to go out of seperate kennels. Large 4 ft chainlink back yard fenced for the dogs as well. There's also a pad for a roundpen if you have one. (mine is there right now but will be moved)

There are a couple different options to rent here. One, you can have one horse that has a stall and turn out on pasture for $275 a month plus utilites. (we will find a 3rd person for that price) 2nd option is that you can have two horses on pasture with stalls for 450/month with utilites paid for. Third option is $550 with four horses on pasutre with two box stalls and you can set up pannels if you would like more. You pay half of utilites doing this.

As far as dogs go, outside ones are no problem on a reasonable number but there is a $200 nonrefundable fee for each inside pet. (I'm assuming this covers cats too) This fee is not our choice, we rent through a real estate agency and you must be approved by them too.

The highline trail is located right behind our property to trail ride horses on or hike. It goes for I believe 20 miles. Located just outside the city limits of willard, so city convienence is still there. Takes about 20 min to get to springfeild. Great place to train a horse a month and pay your rent and still have all the perks of the place all paid for.

My current roommate that you will live with is very easy going and to get along with. She has inside/outside dogs and several horses. Goes to school at MSU. As long as you do your part on cleaning and taking trash out and all that good stuff you should never have any problems. I can move out with a weeks notice and you don't even have to wait for me to do that if you don't have a lot of stuff, especially if you chose the bedroom I am not using. There is a furnished room if you don't have your own furniture, and a room that will be empty when I move. Please email about yourself and we can go from there. We do need some one asap. Our lease will be up in the fall.
