I'm looking for a subleaser for my room in a 5 bedroom/2 bathroom house at 15th & Como, just outside of Dinkytown. The lease goes through September 1st and the room is $432/mo plus utilities (usually $70/mo). The house is less than a block from the 15th and Como intersection and the bus stop for the 3. Perfect location for U of M students. There are 4 other roommates in the house, all guys 21-24 years old and science/engineering undergrads at the U.
